Swing Doors for Healthcare

Our swing door operators offer automation to new or existing swing door panels. Choose from Low Energy (wave plate, push plate) or Full Energy (motion activated) configurations. Depending your door requirements, our operators can power door panels up to 125 lbs or 700 lbs. Our swing door operators comply with U.S. and Canadian accessibility laws.

Telescoping Doors for Healthcare

Automatic telescoping doors offer synchronized moving panels for a smooth and fast opening to keep staff and patients moving. Panel options available, including 3-panel or 6-panel designs. Various locking and security options.

Widest clear door opening for a three-panel telescoping ICU door in the industry at 55.6” of clearance for an 8' manual telescoping door.
The ProCare 8500 and 8500A share the same shortened header, allowing for an improved aesthetic for corridors with a combination of automatic and manual doors.
The low-profile header provides improved height clearance.

ICU door

Integral Blinds

Integral blinds are permanently sealed between two panes of glass to ensure protection against dirt, dust, and germs for improved infection control. Nurse visibility and patient privacy are easily controlled by a simple tilting of the blinds.

Privacy Glass

Translucent glass instantly turns transparent with the application of an electric current. This eliminates the need for additional privacy offerings such as blinds or curtains. The electronics and mechanics are concealed in the header for a streamlined appearance.

Smoke and Draft Rated

Our ICU doors are leakage rated under UL1784/NFPA 105 and labeled as a smoke barrier. With concealed bottom sweeps and perimeter seals, they're also in compliance with 2018 FGI guidelines for pressurized airborne isolation infection rooms. Specific models with the isolation package are also STC-rated to reduce noise transmission.
