Thank you for contacting STANLEY Access Technologies. We have received your service request and are working on scheduling a service time.
You will be receiving your service notification number and account number momentarily to the email address provided.
In the interim we must inform you that the door systems you are contacting us about remain in YOUR care, custody and control and therefore, if you feel the door is malfunctioning or is otherwise unsafe, you need to immediately remove the door from service. Not doing so may result in bodily injury. Performing the Daily Safety Check (DSC), as described in the owner’s manual, is recommended to be done every day upon activating a door system and can assist you with your determination on whether to take the door out of service. The DSC process can also be found at https://www.aaadm.com/daily-safety-check/index.html.
Furthermore, to perform the requested service at the time of our arrival, we request our customers to address the items below.
Access Requirement: Ensure unobstructed access to the length of the door, door header, and the following clearances: Clearance equal to the height of the door opening on one side. At least 6 feet of clear space from door panels or guard rails/bollards.
Power Isolation: Customer is responsible for providing a means to isolate power to the door and must assist in locating and identifying the power disconnect source for quick, easy, and safe access.
Please note that your failure to address the items above prior to our arrival may require Allegion Access Technologies to reschedule the work until such hazards are corrected by the customer. If the Site is not prepared or ready for the services upon Allegion service personnel’s arrival at the agreed upon time and date, Allegion may charge for any delay and/or travel time at Allegion’s applicable branch rates.
