Classroom training - AAADM Certification

How it Works

What You'll Do

Train for six weeks at our Indianapolis Training Center, blending classroom learning, networking, and hands‑on installation experience with our core automatic door products.

Continue developing at your local branch for the remainder of the six‑month program with support from a dedicated senior technician trainer, building customer familiarity and installation confidence.

Attend a week‑long mid‑program session in Indianapolis focused on advanced installation skills, professional development, and targeted coaching.

Graduate into a full‑time T‑2 Installation Technician role after earning AAADM Certification and passing the final skills assessment.
