How it Works

Training Session

What You'll Do

Train for six weeks at our Indianapolis Training Center, blending classroom learning, networking, and hands‑on installation experience with our core automatic door products.

Continue developing at your local branch for the remainder of the six‑month program with support from a dedicated senior technician trainer, building customer familiarity and installation confidence.

Attend a week‑long mid‑program session in Indianapolis focused on advanced installation skills, professional development, and targeted coaching.

Graduate into a full-time Installation Technician role with the opportunity to advance further by earning AAADM certification and continuing to build your skills.
