STANLEY Access Technologies' Todd Strickler Given First Ever AAADM Service Award

Please join us in congratulating Training and Engineering Support Manager, Todd Strickler for receiving the first-ever AAADM Service Award!

This award recognizes Todd’s contributions in revolutionizing AAADM’s Inspector certification training program —an industry-wide program utilized throughout North America. 

With more than 30 years of experience in the automatic door industry and acting completely on his own initiative, Todd identified significant opportunities for improvement to elevate the AAADM training experience. Because of his contributions, facilitated instructors’ are able to engage trainees more effectively, allowing for a deeper focus on participant interaction and learning. 

As a direct result of Todd’s efforts, AAADM has observed increased engagement levels in training classes, as well as improved final examination scores. It is no exaggeration to say that Todd has truly “changed the game” for AAADM training. All of us at STANLEY Access Technologies are proud to have Todd on the team.
